Sometimes we just want someone to listen and not provide a solution. Sometimes it is just a comment or statement of fact. Other times we drop a hint and y'all miss it. Add pregnancy hormones to it and gets more complicated.
She is growing a whole human inside her body - the further along she gets, the harder it will be to get comfortable which definitely will affect how well she sleeps no matter when she sleeps (also factor in the multiple trips to pee that interrupt said sleep). And, achy feet are pretty common as increased weight gain and any excess fluid she may be retaining affect that.
Correct response to first issue: What can I do to make it better? Chances are she will say, "Nothing."
Correct response to second issue: Tell her to sit down and give her a foot massage.

One of those foot massages may be what started the whole issue of why she is in that condition.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I ain’t touching nobody’s nasty foot. Massage your own talons
Any man who wouldn't rub her feet for a poke, don't want a poke bad enough. Back in the day, when she sat beside me in the truck seat and put them sexy tan bare feet up on the dash....dayum.

i think womens feet actually grow during preggers, in some cases. There's reported to be adult women who have hade 2-3 kids and went up 2-3 shoe sizes.
Also OP reminded me of this video
"A moment of realization is worth a thousand prayers"
Wondered how long it'd take someone to post the "it's not about the nail" video. LOL
I told a GF once that if she didn't want me to suggest how to fix an issue, then she ought to just call her sister or mother & tell them her current & ongoing troubles. Didn't go over well at the time, but as mentioned God just wired menfolk to be problem solvers.

Some people sleep better if they're not overtired. Pregnant women don't sleep well no matter what. Doesn't matter where you're concerned because that's not the husband's concern. That's the stuff she needs other women to talk to about.
