Anyone have any suggestions on how to learn about using AI? Considering fooling with it to learn to do things for my business. Anyone here know much about it?

I use copilot, its part of Edge browser. type in the jift of a technical report and it will format is quite nicely or fill in the blanks. Chatgpt is another one that is great for checking and streamlining python programming.

How deep are you looking to go? You can hit most of what you probably want to do with a class or so on prompting. There are several on Youtube that can probably get you started in the right direction. I think that's about all you would need because beyond that gets pretty deep in the nerd weeds.

I've been deep in the nerd weeds in a decade old life. None of it fresh. Life took over and my tiny brain can only retain so much information. I've forgot more about tech than I can remember. My brain is now cluttered with building and inspecting information.
I don't want to go deep. Just wondering how it could potentially help my business.

Copilot. It’s an add in for all the Office products. I’ve used with outlook, teams, word and power point. Lots of video tutorials on prompts to use

Dunno much about learning, but I use the crap out of ChatGPT…like, several times/day. I have it write excel formulas quite a bit, use it for random questions I’m too lazy to look up, have it summarize long documents into bullet points, I’ve used it to help create Youth Group lessons and/or summarize them. I’ve also told it to “Give me a biblically accurate Gen Z translation of [scripture]” that I’ll read to the youth with no warning (I read it first to make sure it’s still accurate to the original message). They get a kick out of that 😂

Had discussions how AI is applied thruout arts and trades. At a dinner party guys were telling how their kids are using it with their jobs. Very interesting and time saving Time is money.
As far as how to learn it. Just dive in and YouTube it
When I learned computers and photoshop it was by trial and error along other friends trying to figure it out. AI these days remind of the early days of photoshop and it’s scary real life here this will end up.
Hollywood has got to be scared for the future. Live performances will be about all they’ll have I bet.
