What are the easiest TV's to manage.
I want to install Netflix, Prime, her cable TV, on it

Voice Remotes:
Are the Alexa voice remote TV's easy to use?
Roku voice remotes?
Other?

Looking for ~50-55".

Most of the TVs now a days have the streaming services installed on them already. Just need an internet connection and login/password and you're set. Many also have "free" services (pluto, etc) where all that's needed is the internet connection

I'm partial to Samsung...they just seem to have better picture quality

As of now, going with the Roku, because she has a small Roku TV in her bedroom.

Can she use it is the most important.

I don’t like streaming. I have the cable box. I’m old.

I really like Amazon fire TV’s. My dad can use them. They have voice remotes too. They have dedicated quick access buttons for Netflix Hulu.

I have a Samsung and a Sony. The Sony has an amazing picture (but not any better than the Samsung imo) but is nowhere near as user friendly as the Samsung. I’ll never own another Sony for that reason alone.

I'll second the ease of navigation for the Samsung.

Samsung for sure . Smart Samsung has 300 channels already built into them without using any app for free.

Two Samsungs here, the samsung remote has the built in prime, netflix and samsung streaming. All in one, the best way to go imo. No voice activated option that I'm aware of.

I have LG TV's and stream on both of them. Easy to navigate and they have Alexa built in but I've never used it so can't speak about how well it works

Will NEVER use cable again. If that was my only option I wouldn't watch TV

Yup

I would be in this crowd also if it were an option. I've learned to live with streaming though.

I have liked Samsungs in the past with cable. But the smart versions I bought recently did not seem to like Frndly channel. I had to pull the plug and re-insert to get Frndly to work. Maybe the latest update will work.

That's the winner, she already knows how to use the TV and remote. No need to confuse her.
