Don't hesitate to use ChatGPT for help with excel.......I use it all the time to help with complex formulas, formatting, etc. The trick is making sure you give it all the information about what the purpose of the spreadsheet, what you want to calculate, where various pieces of data are within the spreadsheet, etc. I worked for like 3 or 4 hrs one day on an IF formula that was like half a page long. Someone told me (after the fact) that I could've used AI for it so I tried it and it spit out the same thing in approximately 2.5 seconds.
you basically "explain" the spreadsheet to ChatGPT in as much detail as you can, then ask it to do [whatever]. You can probably even upload it to ChatGPT (assuming it's not confidential/sensitive info) and bypass the first part.

If cull is empty, it returns empty string
if not empty proceeds to date in cellD8372 plus number of months calculated multiplying 12 by value in allotment column

Yea my formula is wrong from somewhere down the stream. I sometimes get NA or not the correct date... I assume you are copying the formula down a column......... Do you always want it calculating from D8372? If so you may need to make it $D$8372.

No. It needs to copy the sale row cell. There just seems to be issues for some reason. There’s an allotment column that there cells link to another page. I think that’s the curve ball that I can’t hit. And figure out why it’s messing some of the column up. The delete that in the formula, and then go to the right place and click there.
