Reckon he was a DEI hire and they just looked the other way with the other charges? If the principle said , " if trump can be president, this guy can be a teacher, appears the entire school system was a dei hire Backwards cowboy, why didn’t you finish the quote “ this guy can be a teacher until he is found guilty “. I agree that there is a flaw in the system but what happened to innocent until proven guilty, they asked questions that were about allegations but not the recourse of the answers. I know that this is not a popular opinion but to have to take the good with the bad Logic would dictate not hiring until case is resolved especially in the teaching environment Because weather the teacher is innocent or guilty, the response from the principal is idiotic. Do you really hire and fire people based on what you see on TV, and your politics? Only if you're a dei hire!

Allegations? He can be a teacher until he is found guilty? You really want this around your kids that you are supposed to be protecting? The princ., the super. and the board all need to be removed for allowing this around kids. The princ. doesn't hire, the super. doesn't hire, the members of the boards do the hiring.

My concern was backwards cowboy spreading misinformation by misleading people. I totally agree he should not be teaching until he has had his day in court, then subject to the consequences of the trial. My other concern is the way a lot of people on here are totally against the “double standard “ until it goes against their beliefs then they will throw the baby out with the bath water

A school board can suspend him pending the outcome of an investigation based on the allegations. In fact if the allegations are strong enough, a school board can outright fire them, but they seldom have the cahones to do this and would rather wait for LE to make it easy for them. Speaking of this, I read today where the football coach at Clarke County had allegations about him and cheerleaders so he bolted to Florida and was picked up for being a fugitive from justice which means warrants were issued. 11 counts.

I’ve heard of this crap so many times, and know of at least 3 cases personally of teachers fooling around with students. Male and female teachers. It’s sick. I don’t care how “hot” a female teacher is or how ridiculous it is when men brag about supposed getting it on with a teacher as a teenager. If true, they were taken advantage of. How “cool” will it be when a teacher is fooling around with their daughter? Potential teachers need an intense mental evaluation before being allowed to even finish the degree then teachers need it every few years. Heck, anyone that works with children needs it.

Clarke County coach, yeah arrested in Florida, but it happened at or with a student from his school in Alabama, I think. They just caught him there.
