About once every few years I dust the foundation in the spring, the crawl space, etc with boric acid. one or two boxes of 50 Mule Team Borax usually does the job. But with some new residential property I figured I should look for a discount tub of Boric Acid, They sell 25 lb bucket tubs. Lowes, Walmart, etc.. has it. I also google searched up something unexpected. Roach and bug killer is what I was looking for. https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/walgreens-boric-acid-suppositories/ID=300441571-product?gQT=1Yup, Walgreens has it too.

I was looking at tubs of roach killer, and I said why does Walgreens have boric acid listed? That is why. I had no idea. I asked my wife about it. She was just as taken back as I was.

So, I had to Google to find out why one might use such a thing since it is the first I have ever heard of it being used for such a process.
Two things (well two things and one of the things lists two reasons).
First, I got "why use boric" typed in and the search box finished it with "acid suppositories". It is kinda nuts what things get pulled that it thinks you are looking for when I literally just learned of this in the past two minutes!
Second, for those who might want to know but not want to search the innerwebs for the answer:
Boric acid suppositories are used to treat vaginal infections like yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis (BV). They can also help with infections caused by atypical yeast species.

I mix boric acid, flour, sugar and enough water to make a dough. Roll the dough into marble sized balls and place them behind the stove and refrigerator. And you are able to insert those ok?
