SEC is stacked, gonna come down to who peaks and who slumps. Bama played more aggressively on defense y'day. Auburns good as we all know.
Hoping Duke gets knocked out quick in March, the schedule doesn't compare to what the SEC is dishing out this year. Yep; I expect the new AP rankings to be Auburn, Florida, Duke, Tenn, Houston, Bama and Texas A&M

Hoping Duke gets knocked out quick in March, the schedule doesn't compare to what the SEC is dishing out this year. As far as Duke basketball goes, I do enjoy watching the kid- Cooper Flagg play some Hoops. Kid is one of the most Highly touted Basketball players to come out of High School since LeBron James.

Look.at how many teams thay weren't a 1 or 2 seed ever won the big dance! 23% of NCAA basketball champions weren't a #1 or #2 seed. (since expanding to 64 teams) 64% were #1 seeds. 13% were #2 seeds. Winners by seed: #1...25 #2...5 #3...4 #4...2 #5...0 #6...1 #7...1 #8...1 No team lower than an 8 seed has won it since expanding to 64 teams.

Philon is averaging 1.9 turnovers per game, playing 24 minutes. 3.4 assist per game; not a bad assist to turnover ratio. Would like to see him get to 2:1.Has 1 TO in last 2 games. He is certainly not in Flagg's league; #1 prospect and one of the best in last decade. Philon was ranked 30th; has some skills to be developed. Getting some looks from NBA. Flagg's turnover-assist ratio is about the same as Philon; but he is big time scoring and rebounding.

I'm no Bama fan but considering the competition Alabama has vs Dukes competition Flagg should look much better. Flagg was the #1 basketball recruit in the Nation for a very good reason. The Kid could have skipped College altogether and headed straight to NBA if allowed.
