I’m doing a safe clean out to inventory of my guns and their accessories for insurance purposes. I came across the 1st gun I bought for my oldest son. A Remington 1100 20ga youth in black synthetic stock. 21” barrel. Takes 2.75 shells only. He shot his first deer and duck with that gun. He’s 30 now. Held the Model 7 Youth 6mm Remington my parents got him for Christmas one year, we both killed our first deer with, and many others over our youth. Brings back a lot of good memories.

Wife brought it up several times but timing never worked out. …cleaned out the safe a couple of months ago and was puzzled by a ruger 10/22 I found, just to realize that I bought it a couple of years ago for her and completely forgot I ever did.
