This guy is just a Pasty. It's like catching the getaway car in a bank robbery only to find out it's empty.
Talk is cheap..... I would think the best course of action would be to actually catch him doing something illegal which probably wouldn't be that hard. It's his bosses that we need to identify.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

I have no idea whether the fart was real or not and I don't care as we all fart from time to time. I do care however that he's a real risk to our nation's security and has to be kept far away from vital information.
