Man yelling "Tase Me, Tased me"! something to that affect. Local PD only from what I could tell. Police running back and forth to squad cars. obvious conflict and confusion. Loud AF. hmmmmm Who at the state level reviews these kinds of things? Anyway, I'm awake. Guess I'll shop for appliances.and work on those extra cameras I ordered the other day..... yawnnn. NG or propane only for me and never have to have a 2nd thought of being without electricity. A small, on demand, gas water heater would serve you well. Get the F out of the BATFE.
