Am I the only one who does not know what this is? Well, you probably should know, or should have already known. It's Beneficial Ownership Information. The owner or CEO or most administrative executives of any private company or business is (or was) required to report to the IRS. Originally intended for law enforcement use in RICO, drug trade or illegal trafficking investigation. It became another tool used by democrats to persecute political opponents.

I didn’t file it and never was going to. Knew it wouldn’t fly. After speaking with my accountant a few times this was the conclusion I came to as well.
