Very nice WB. Man I love me some fresh caught, off the boat at the drawbridge boiled shrimp.
I’m a snooty (or as my paw paw would say… high falootin) redneck. I swear if the shrimp didn’t come from Bayou La Batre and the watermelon didn’t come from Grand Bay I can taste it in every bite.
That’s not true of course. But I like to think it is lol. We buy from SeaHarvest too

That’s not true of course. But I like to think it is lol. Nothing wrong with that. If I lived down that way, I would constantly hurt myself on fresh shrimp and oysters. They are hard to come by up this way. A friend of mine did order a large box of fresh oysters that are to arrive today. He and I are going to put a hurting on them tonight.

That’s not true of course. But I like to think it is lol. We buy from SeaHarvest too Sometimes I can catch boats coming in at the mouth of the bayou. I just wave them over to the dock and buy what I want. Growing up my grandparents had a 35’ wood trawler with a kangaroo tail. We shrimped all the time. Some of my best memories. I think I could eat shrimp everyday and never get tired of it.
