Well, this could be interesting. The only Executive Order, Action, etc... Biden actually signed with his own hand was his official withdrawal from running again. Everything was done with Autopen. Biden may not really have remembered doing anything because he really did not. The autopen signed it. Whoever controlled the autopen signed his orders.
Some are saying it voids everything he "signed".
