I am sure there are several people in here that listen to Joe Rogan Podcast. I reference him because he talks about a peptide called BPC 157. I wanted to know if anyone has any personal experience with it. I have a significant herniated disc (1.25”) at L4-5 that they’re suggesting surgery for but I want to exhaust all other avenues before I do surgery. I thought I’d give this peptide a try but wanted real world experience first.

TIA.

I have read a little bit about it.

It is derived from gastric juices and appears to have many positive attributes that they are still discovering.

I have no personal experience with it though.

Does your friend have a certain brand he’s using?

I ran it 2 weeks by itself to try to help get over a shoulder injury and had little improvement. Tweaked shoulder again and paired it with TB-500 and ran it another 2 weeks. Significantly helped shoulder pain.

BPC 157 and TB-500 together are what’s called “the Wolverine stack”. I see why now
