I know of a fella in Jackson Cty northeast part of the state that deals with whiteoak lumber. Are you willing to travel that far? If so I will reach out to him.

I just redone the flooring on a 8'x16' trailer. I bought 9, 2 x10x16 true 2" white oak. Mennonites charged me $160 plus tax for the lumber, it was green. Came out to around $1.12 bf

Swamp fever that is a great price. Not sure your math is correct on the price per foot though. 16 x 9 = 144 bf 144 x 1.12 = 161.28 144 x 1.110625 = 159.93

Swamp you are figuring lineal feet. That price is .67 a board foot which is a great price. Correct. 2x10 is 1.67 BF per LF which means 9 2x10x16 is 240 BF.
