Has anyone used any of the generic rechargeable battery packs? See to replace a couple that died, and these are way cheaper.

I use the solar also, but I have one that battery has gone bad somehow and won’t let the solar run through it and the other the prong on the bottom where the solar plugs in, broke off.

Just make you an external battery box with a 12V battery. It will run those Tactacams for a year without missing a picture. I have a good friend who uses the Tactacam rechargeable packs and he has to change them constantly.

Thanks everybody. I use the winghome solar panel with battery internal. But I have two of these battery packs that have gone bad, and I have to have a way to hook solar up. That's why I need a new battery pack, so I can hook the solar back up.

I use old tupperware and a little silicone and have the box for free.
