I've got one manual clock in my house. My grandfather clock my papa built granny and gave to me when she died. Everything else changes automatically and has for a decade or more.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

I F ing hate it. For 5 months I put my boy on the bus to school in the dark. Last month or so it’s daylight. Now Monday back to dark.
