Man, I saw them a lot in Mobile and Biloxi. Got to meet them when they stayed at the Holiday Inn I worked at across from the Mobile Auditorium.





Was a fan since hearing Black Diamond the first time.

Big KISS fan from my childhood years and saw them in concert at the BJCC in 1978 when I was 9 years old.

While I like the song Detroit Rock City, it helped to reveal a rift in the band. Gene and Paul wanted a more radio friendly sound and relied on the producer, Mutt Lange, to arrange a lot of the music. Ace hated this and reportedly threw his guitar across the studio after playing the solo written by Mutt for this song.

My only hangup is these are some hardcore creative music guys but stuck to the same shows for easy money.

I predict there is a vault of unheard music somewhere.

I was at that show also. I was 10 years old.
