Any tree hugger can get a license True, but the rule will require that board members have a license for at least 3 years before appointment and maintain that license while serving or they will be removed. Look at what tree huggers on the board has done for Washington and Colorado. Utah is experiencing a Kommiefornia exodus just like Colorado.

Sounds like a good idea...but then again, chuck Sykes is a 'hunter' and Alabama is in a downward spiral towards being just like the western states as far as rules and regulations. Very different situation out west. The tree huggers want to eliminate hunting as a wildlife management tool.
