I'm not seeing anything on news about rescinding pardons. Just the autopen scandal. They've got proof too. Biden was on vacation. Document signed autopen was signed in Washington at the same time.
That may not void all of them. But it certainly would void those that were signed in a location he wasn't in. Raises the question that needs answered the most. Who was the fugger who was running the show.
Whomever it was needs locked up and never ever released. Or given the choice of a firing squad. That was treason and the true insurrection.
Democrats might be mad about it, but there isn't much they can do about it if Trump has the proof.

For autopen to be legitimate, there has to be an open line of double witnessed and recorded conversation between the President and the person who pushes the autopen button. It has to be recorded.Obama did some autopen things that were questioned but he was smart enough to have full chain of custody documented between his order and the button pusher. Biden had none of that. None of us know who the button pusher was and if Biden was even on the phone giving the order to sign. Trump's declaration to void will likely stick.

After doing a bit more reading, I'm starting to think this will be a big nothingburger.... In 1929, the US justice department held that “it is wholly for the president to decide” the method by which a pardon is handed down. Last year, a federal appeals court said presidential pardons do not even have to be in writing.
