I'm certainly no expert, but he seems to be on the spectrum somewhere. He said himself that he is......He was diagnosed with Asperger's when they had those labels....Now they just call it "on the spectrum"

He is probably studying on something about that in terms of flight design. I think his brain probably doesn't have a lot of room for "fluff" like the socialization stuff in that setting.
I have always thought when people were a little weird and rich that they were just considered eccentric.
I also believe that a great many folks who are super smart are also equally socially awkward.

Basically a high functioning ASD. My nephew is on the spectrum. Many are that are that many consider weird or whatever. Musk I think Musk is successful because he is on the spectrum. His ability to tirelessly focus with an open mind. He doesn’t limit himself like many. He considers everything into the possibilities. I’d bet most of history’s geniuses were on the spectrum.
