I’ve mentioned on here several times about me and the family moving. We’re only moving about 15 minutes up the road but getting outside the city limits on 3 acres, away from the silly HOA’s and traffic. The wife and I prayed over this extensively and had a really great place literally fall into our laps. It was too good to just let it wait on selling ours so we went out on a limb and bought it before ours was even on the market. I kept praying through the whole process that if this wasn’t God’s will for us, to please stop it and let it fall through. Well, it never did so we closed last week on it. Our house went live on the market today at 7:00 a.m. At 9:00 a.m. we got a request for a viewing at 10:00 a.m. The people came in, loved the place and offered $5,000.00 over asking price. No contingency. Not asking for a thing. Already pre approved. So, we are under contract just like that. God’s hand has been so clear though this whole process. God is SO good but He would still have been good had he shut this down in the beginning. Either way it would have been answered prayers.

Great news. Mine has been on the market for 7 months in Huntsville. No hurry to sell. Granted we are asking for blood for it.
