I just looked at my CS up 41,000 was down 7,000 this morning

I can’t help but feel like Trump and Co is openly shorting the market. Announce tons of big bad tariffs, market drops. They buy it up. He even said “it’s a great time to buy.” Then drop tariffs, spikes back up, and sell.

Everyone who is long term invested is still deep in the red but those who have the liquidity to buy these shorts are doing really well.

Yes seems like he manipulated the market . I think thats a crime, but lots them getting rich that way . I’m sure he told all his buddies to buy yesterday . If nasdaq keeps going up I be back even for the yr at end of today for some things

I don't really see the conspiracy, Trumps just doing what he said he would do. yeah it went up 7% but you would have to put a whole lot of money on the line at the exact right time to be rich and if you got that much money then you are already rich.

Absolutely nothing has been fixed. Nothing except Trump losing credibility. The good news today is Bassett has the reigns and will fix it. Navarro and Lutnick are afterthoughts.

The tariffs and countries reactions to them appear to have boxed China out.

Over 70 nations are coming to the table to renegotiate their trade deals with the USA, China keeps upping the ante with their tariffs and trump have upped their tariffs to over 100%.

We (USA) buys 39% of the consumables globally and 5x more Chinese goods than China buys USA goods.

If we don’t buy Chinas goods they are going to hurt badly, US consumers will just buy goods from other manufacturers hopefully USA manufacturers

Now that many nations are on board to renegotiate trade deals China now appears the outlier,

The US can withstand this trade war far longer than China.

Trump doesn’t want tariffs, he just wants to renegotiate our trade deals and the wheels are turning on that.

The markets shot up because of trumps comments on the need for flexibility on the tariffs and their implementation

The 90 days gives time for individual negotiations with each nation. Many things will be brought into the negotiating not just tariffs on imports and exports

So, those 70 countries Bustinbeards is talking bout = nothing has changed to you? The countries who have already put their tariffs at 0% wasnt a change? What exactly would constitute a "change" in your opinion? And you seem to be the only one around here hes lost credibility with and i dont believe he really lost anything with you. Absolutely nothing has changed, stock market went down and came back up, tariffs were enforced now they're paused, deficit still climbing, budget getting bigger, thats the facts!
