Irishguy OP a.k.a. Dingle Johnson Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 23,158 Lickskillet, AL	So I was working on my under deck motorcycle garage yesterday and Mrs. Irish was working in her greenhouse and garden. After we knocked off at about 2:00, she decided it would be all her on the dinner and all I had to do was sit on the back deck, drink beer and enjoy the view. She decided on a full on Thanksgiving copy cat meal, but with a roasted chicken, fresh green beans, sausage and cornbread dressing, and an apple carrot salad. She even broke out a can of cranberry sauce. Funny thing is she wasn't paying attention and roasted the chicken upside down... It was still delicious, and there my be some validity to this accidental method, because the breast meat was juicy as all hell! Notice my fancy 57 layer Damascus knife Mrs. Irish gave me for Christmas. Sharp as a surgeon's scalpel that thing is... Hard to get better vittles than this my friends... Not a bad work view either...
