So I was working on my under deck motorcycle garage yesterday and Mrs. Irish was working in her greenhouse and garden. After we knocked off at about 2:00, she decided it would be all her on the dinner and all I had to do was sit on the back deck, drink beer and enjoy the view. She decided on a full on Thanksgiving copy cat meal, but with a roasted chicken, fresh green beans, sausage and cornbread dressing, and an apple carrot salad. She even broke out a can of cranberry sauce. Funny thing is she wasn't paying attention and roasted the chicken upside down...  It was still delicious, and there my be some validity to this accidental method, because the breast meat was juicy as all hell! Notice my fancy 57 layer Damascus knife Mrs. Irish gave me for Christmas. I’m really getting cheated in the food dept I know that. You two need open a restaurant Sounds too much like work. We love cooking for people that we love, our friends and family, but cooking for a bunch of picky people where one bad review on social media can tear all your hard work down? No thanks...

I’m really getting cheated in the food dept I know that. You two need open a restaurant Sounds too much like work. We love cooking for people that we love, our friends and family, but cooking for a bunch of picky people where one bad review on social media can tear all your hard work down? No thanks... Yep....would take the enjoyment out of cooking. I cook for my tastes. If you like my tastes, good for you...if not, cook your own.

Oh yeah. Awesome all the way around on that evening Sometimes you find out stuff by happy accidents... Now that I think about it, most of our children were happy accidents.
