I'm sure you will get plenty of other options but drilling 1/4" holes and filling with salt worked on some stubborn crepe myrtle stumps in my yard.
Its better to be a warrior in the garden than a gardener in war.

Be cheaper to buy the RM78 at TSC. Gly plus 0.78% Imazapyr (Arsenal). You can apply to fresh cut stumps.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...

Tordon RTU you can buy it at tractor supply. Cut the stump fresh and paint the top with it. I've used it to kill just about everything with it. This is the route I’d go. Give stump freed coat then apply fully covering stump.
