He looks old in the face and appears to be off to good start on his antlers. But he looks a little small to be over 3 1/2 to me. Perhaps he is just sickly or has had a rough life. Troy has a good point about showing some brisket but it might be the angle to camera. Without that, I would be solidly stuck on hime being a nice 3.
