I remember reading about the case before. I thought he was guilty then and still do. I know he had a right to be on public property like he was but from what I know of the case, which is very limited due to only reading articles and not hearing actual testimony, he went down there knowing there would be a confrontation, and in my opinion, looking for a fight. I say that because supposedly he had had run ins with this neighbor in the past. That's why he took his video camera to record the incident to justify his actions. More thoughts on the subject but they are just my opinions and, bottom line, I wasn't there so they are just assumptions based on a third persons writings.

The whole act was wrong but making his own video left no doubt for the jury.
Without your 2nd amendment rights you have no 1st amendment rights.
