Any reports from down there latley? We usually fish west bay, but this weekend decided to go down and stay at Bay City Lodge and fish St. Joe, didn't know if anybody had any reports of late from down there?

Isn't it scallop season down there?

"Cull" is just another four letter word...

I heard bad reports on Scallops in St. Joe bay. My friends are going to St. Marks and smashing them!

Went last weekend for 3 days. Nobody was finding very many, the count last year was 150 or so and this year its 10. Dont waste your time this year. Think it may have be hurricane Debby that messed em up. Found only about 3 dozen in 3 days

I talked with a guy that caught several sharks there at the marina in pt st joe last week (if you're looking for actual fishing reports). We caught a lot of whiting off the beach with some hard tails and small reds. Saw some folks catching flounder off the pier.

The harder I practice, the luckier I get.

5 feet of water over grass is the key to good trout there.

Well we're back, seemed like due to all the rain there was a lot of fresh water and the bite really wasn't that good. We caught several the first day only a few keepers, and several small black tips. Put in at Press Nells. Second day we changed up a little, put in at the state park on the Cape side, the bite was even slower, probably didn't catch but 4 trout, and a sea bass. Had a great time tho. I'm sure everything down there will pick up as usually end of September.
