Went up to the refuge this morning and me and my buddy doubled up. This certainly isn't my biggest buck, but he is the biggest I've killed with a bow. We were within about 150yds of each other and had both deer down by 7:30. Public land deer sure are harder to come by, especially at the refuge when you have to drag em 5 or 6 hundred yards, lol. I'm WORE OUT.Before anyone says anything, YES if you look closely he shot his right in the eye. He "says" it was on purpose b/c it's the only part of the deer he could see and it was either kill or miss, IMO it's not a shot I would ever take, even tho it did work out this one time. He put a rage 3 blade right directly into the eye. She went 5 steps.

Mine ran about 20 yards and bled a LOT, his didn't go but MAYBE 5, and bled none.
