Ok, I"m sorry but my frustrations are making me get up on my soapbox for a min. My understanding is that the average working person's pay check, with these new Obama type taxes will be $120 less per month. Tell me this, where does this benefit working Americans?!!! All these new programs that have been put into place do not give the unemployed ANY incentive to get off there lazy ass and get a job, but do put frustration into working American's. Maybe it's just me but is Obama not just trying to keep the "majority now" that put him into office happy and just "sticking" to everyone else. What benefits am I going to see AT ALL from any of this. Maybe I'm missing something maybe I'm wrong.....but I sure as hell don't see it. Between these new taxes and all this talk of the new gun laws sure does frustrate me as a hard working American citizen!! By the way Congress, senate, and Obama him self are all EXEMPT from this new healthcare bill. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE PEOPLE!!! How has the United states as a country come to this? Its an awful situation. It's absolutely disheartening to see what this country has come to. Our founding fathers, and all the 1,000s that have died for this country don't deserve what this president is doing to this country. Total liar, total lack of respect to the constitution, total lack of regard for the people really need. The Obama admin. is going to run this country into the ground. How he got elected again is beyond me, I'm assuming his supporters, or the majority of them are too ignorant to see what is going on, or maybe they have just been won over by their free phones, housing, healthcare, and steady income. Apparently that's the new American dream......once again it's a sad sad sad situation!!
OK I'M DONE FOR NOW, HAD TO VENT. IS this not a democracy, why must we feel so helpless???

We are not, nor have we ever been, a democracy. Bill is correct...In a true Democracy we'd all vote on everything...The USA is (was) a Representative Republic...We elect people who (used) to voice our opinions...

It is my understanding that a lot of the tax hikes are the Bush era tax cuts that are set to expire, if that is the case then Obama can have his cake and eat it. Our so called leaders created this problem years ago. We have a complex tax code that benefits some and hurts others. We have a government that uses a crisis they themselves create to argue against one another, thus creating the illusion that one side is trying to undermine the other when it reality it is one big game. If we went to a flat tax rate the loop holes and special breaks would be eliminated, but this makes way too much sense.

But who prays for Satan? Who, in eighteen centuries, has had the common humanity to pray for the one sinner that needed it most?
