Property has a camphouse, electric, water, food plots, skinning rack, open stands and is easy to get around on with an ATV or golf cart. Nicest buck killed this past season was a fine 8 point that went close to 22" outside, with 6" brow tines that were real gnarly. Not sure what he scored, but would guess around 140. Year before we had a nice fat 8 taken that went 210 pounds. We have also taken some nice main frame 10s off of the property. We have about 250-300 acres of chop, about 3 years since it was cut. Twice thinned mature pines about 100 acres, lots of 10 - 20 year old pine, about 100 acres was just thinned last year. There are a number of good bottoms and draws as well, guess maybe 150 acres total, as well as creeks and a couple of ponds. Family oriented club with lots to offer and a good deer population. 10 members max. No bears or hogs here yet. Barbour county has a 3 point one side restriction county wide and a strong late January rut. This is a great place come and enjoy great Alabama whitetail hunting with us.

Two bucks and One Doe? A lot of money to kill a few deer.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

sounds like a chitty club if you ask me. do you have to pay a fee to fart too? this is the end of hunting for the blue collar guys as we know it. before my days, most land was open permit public land and most everyone hunted for free, then landowners figured out people would pay to hunt so land leases started, then hunting shows took over tv and rich city folks figured out hunting wasnt just for rednecks anymore and lease prices increased dearly, now land owners are finding out that some people like to hunt turkeys more than deer and now you still pay the same price to lease the land but you cant hunt turkeys anymore, now your club is selling deer permits one deer at a time. good luck with that.

It's a free country. If you don't like the man's rules, why not just go get your own lease and do what you want? There are plenty of leases available all over the state. I've never understood why people like to complain about the rules of a club they don't belong to.

I joined a club for next season that only allows wall hangers to be taken. Been managed like this since 2002. They make a "hit list" of bucks for the kids to take.
