...I put my hunting boots in the freezer a couple days before I check them if they've been sitting outside in shop etc all summer... Great idea.

Ive killed 5 or 6 widows at my house over the summer 2 of them were on one of my 3yo twins ride on toys, we get the house and yard sprayed every month and these bastages still are everywhere, I guess ill have to get out the flamethrower and tactical nukes to get rid of them.

Boots in the freezer is a primo idea.
Found some kind of widow-looking spiders this morning while doing a little garage cleanup. Black, shiny, but no red hourglass. They died. I don't believe they were widows b/c of the location and no weird-crazy web.
Picked up my Muck boots and saw the same egg sacks and webs. Filled 'em full of water and put them outside. After they dry they'll go in the freezer if these 35ish temps at night don't work.
