I went to Bankhead today. I was a little overwhelmed by the space, trees, hills, wagon trails, etc. And I didn't really see anything. If anyone is going tomorrow (12/31/2013) for hog or deer with a rifle, and wouldn't mind a tag-along, I'm willing to learn.

I don't have a tree-stand yet, and I have been hunting in OK for many years with a rifle.

Only place I hunt its huge ....u hunt a or b side or national Forrest land ? I've been lost in there several times just be careful it's no fun at all getting lost but I'm learning more and more each year but I choose to hunt it cause you never know when u can have the chance of a lifetime and kill a giant

This is the last gun day on zone a and I will be there today. Thanks for the tip on zone b, I'll check it out when I take my bow.
