The Rhino is a specific Rhino that is older, a non-breeder, and has become aggressive on the range that it lives on. SCI joined with the range owner, who works with the officials in Nambia to conserve these animals, to use the hunt to solve a problem, ie: an old, non-breeding, aggressive animal, to raise money to put toward preserving these Rhinos. I wish these non-thinking liberals would stop and read, they are using this as an opportunity to do some good. Look it up Morgan !

I dont have a problem with the rhino if it was old and aggressive and so forth, but I was flipping channels the other day and saw this asshat bowhunting a girraffe. I love to hunt and kill and I hate libs, but that was just wrong, It felt wrong and looked even worse. I mean a freakin girraffe. It was the equivilent of stalking and killing puppies.

Why? What's the difference between a deer, a buffalo, a turkey, a hog, or a giraffe? They are wild animals and made of meat. What other qualifications do they need to be hunted. If he bought his tags and is hunting legally, we shouldn't care what he kills.

I agree and have no problem with it either other than it was a bow. I watched a giraffe bow hunt as well one time and they backed it up with guns. I just don't see the point in sticking a huge animal with a bow and claiming "oh he was dead anyways" then finishing it with a big bore rifle. Its like me snagging a 12' hammer head with 10# line then harpooning it and claiming it was caught on bass tackle. If you want to kill such a massive animal and benefit the native villages and bring home a trophy go for it, I wish I could but do it as ethically as possible. We have enough anti-hunting BS in the media without giving them more ammunition.
