Dude I love the picture that you have drawn on. It is like John Madden doing a play for FL hunters!

Before y'all go nutz, I'm messing with the FL guys. Up where I hunt I dare say there ain't no FL hunters, but there is plenty of this crap.

Unless you have proof they shot at something on your side of the property line, what does it matter? Did "their" arrow have their name on it? How do you know it was theirs? Is it possible they shot a deer on their side and it shook the arrow on your side?

Wear your orange vest and hunt wherever you want on your property. If it's 1000 feet from the property line or 10 feet, it doesn't matter as long as you are on the correct side of said line, IMO

You are exactly right, not all Florida hunters hunt like these Bozos, my buddy watched a spike feed in one of our plots only to cross the property line where one of those idiots shot it. Watched them drag it out of the woods too.

They need to be run out of the woods and their licenses revoked (IMO).

It's their property and they buy a license that costs way more than yours does. Could have been someone's first deer or a kid too. To many people worry more about what others shoot and need to be worrying about their own piss poor attitudes. "(IMO)"

I guess the point about the spike is because in Barbour County a buck has to have 3 on one side?

You better just be lucky you don't have a bunch of coonasses next to you. Not only would they kill all the deer, but all the other animals around your place would be "SAUCE PICANTE"or in an "TOUFFE". Like I tell my children it can always be alot worse.

I am a Florida hunter and can promise you "I ain't nuttin like what you like to describe". My property is 15 Y/O cutover and thick as hell and the only place i have to shoot is down the property line's fire lane, but most deer actually bed and feed on my thick grownup cutover and i catch them as they come to cross on way to creek.

Tom O sounds like a lil bit of jealousy on your part. You would probably put a ladder stand where they did if you leased that property. I use to hunt a parcel of land next to my uncles where I purposely put a ladder stand up 10 yards from his property line. He didn't like it but it was where the deer crossed over from their bedding area to their feeding area. I never killed a deer on his side of the line. Was I breaking the law? No. I did my fair share of scouting and knew my best chance was in that corner. I'm not an outlaw just a hunter who enjoys hunting. Quit sweating the small stuff and move on. Keep in mind, they probably think the same thing about you. Just saying.

I came, I saw, so I killed them all......Vern

the way to fix that is to sharpen your hunting skills so much that you go out there and kill the biggest baddest buck there is. and let them be the ones to get jealous. eventually the jealousy will eat at them so much that they will quit hunting or humble themselves to ask you advice on stand placement.

No jealousy Bamagrad....just pissed of at unethical hunters. We dont hunt the area they have put the stand up. But that spot on the property line has become our bathroom.

After eating a graciously large order of General Taus chicken for lunch today I drove 40 miles out of my way to my farm just to take a dump in front of their stand a show pony couldn't jump over!

I can see this from your side and theirs but all I can say is it is unethical but not much you can do....I hunted some land once and we made the lanes on the landlines on our side of the land and we got done the same way long story short we spent the money on the dozer to make them but we learned a valuable lesson ......never do lanes on the landlines again bad idea but we all was friends throughout the years and all went well just be careful and hope you the best and it isn't worth getting hurt or in trouble over deer hunting .
