I have killed two nice bucks in Bama in the snow. Both were moving right after the snow started falling and building up. Never had any luck after it quits snowing until the day it all melts. The longer it is on the ground the better. They get hungry.

I had 10 does under me today moving like crazy...But they were easly spooked...sometimes its more fun to just watch..Bucks in our club are nocturnal in Jan.

I usually kill one every time it snows during deer season. It's only been does and small bucks. I missed a good one Tuesday and hunted today with out any luck. I plan to be in the woods tomorrow for the last of the snow. I only hunt in Alabama so I take advantage of it!

Killed my first buck in the snow in 2003. I'll never forget it . Looked like someone emptied a can of red paint all over the ground. Killed a few deer In the snow, nothing like it!

I killed a big wide 8 point in the snow a few years ago. It was just as the sleet/rain stopped and the snow started to fall.
