I checked out their website I live in OXR may check them out. Backwaters charges a flat $75 plus $5/lb for sausage/jerky and some other variations. I used them for 2 deer this year and I was very satisfied with them

We used Allen's for the first time this year mostly because it's the closest to us. It's clean, they do excellent work and they are reasonable.
Next year I may try Backwater now that I know where they are. Heard nothing but good things about them.
Get the F out of the BATFE. The F is guaranteed by the US Constitution. Those other letters are not.

I have used them all. Floyd Mason at Mount Road Deer Processing on Grant located near swearengin is my current favorite.

But i use Jenkins, Its in killingsworth cove. On Acuff road i believe, few miles to the north of backwater.

Have used Backwater and been very happy with them. It's been worth the money to have the convenience to drop off and pick up what I want.
