has seen better days, but it's still calling them in! I'm not sure when the tear happened, but I know that last two birds I've killed were called in like it is now. What is this style called, Brandon? I like it. It's called in at least 8 or 9 birds this year that I've shot, a friend has shot, or I've spooked. Before:  Now:

I think I just burnt up the reeds with all my expert calling!  I really have no clue when it even happened, but I just kept using it. I have had it in my mouth for 6-7 hours some days. It's been a trooper. It actually still sounds good, at least to me, and obviously the turkeys still like it too!

dang, I'll get you a few replacements on the way this week or just get them to you this weekend sometime. I'll build these out of tarps and canvas to see if they will hold up a little better for you.
