Well my starter went out on my boat today. I was trying to beat a storm that blowed up, I pulled in the boat ramp cut off motor, put trailer in water and this thing hasnt cranked since. Starter was real hot, abbendix will spin but wont jump into flywheel. So I guess off to the boat shop I go Monday morning.. Oh well it could always be worse.
I think I can rebuild this thing myself, if not I will just get a new one.

At least at the dock and not down river. Trolling motor back no fun. Been there done that on a Monday. Not a person on the river. 10 miles from the ramp. Made half way on the TM and saw a boat. The guy said do you need help you bet I do. He towed us to the ramp. Wife backs in the trailer. What the let’s see if it starts to put it on. Well hell it started. Loose ground wire.
