got home a little while ago to see all these posts, thanks guys.
he went into surgery bout six pm to see how bad the damage was. Ya'lls prayers musta helped, he came out better than expected. He had a perforated bowel right at the large/small colon joint. It was more like a large polyp that was perfed, had to remove it rather than resection the bowel itself. Recovery will still take 5-7 days in the hospital but it could of been worse, a lot worse.
He was sleeping under pain meds when I left, ought to sleep all night. Tough as nails but he was bad hurting this afternoon.

my grandson(the good one) Dylan is at Childrens Hospital in Bham, been in ER all night and most of the day with extreme abdominal pain. Latest(of many) tests show a perfed bowel, surgery to check in an hour. Damnittohailman, I can't stand to see him hurt like that.
Send him a prayer isifin ya get a chance. He's tough as nails but I figger he's going to need some help from upstairs also.
