Anybody have one and patterned it for turkeys? I'm wanting a starting point for chokes and loads. Thanks.

.655 Jellyhead or .665 Indian Creek and Hevi 6s would be a great place to start for a commercial shell.

I'm cheap, but I love the turkey choke that came with the gun and the turkey thug 3 1/2 magnum #5 shells.

shoot one with a hevi-13 .655 choke with #6 winchester longbeards. It will put 300 pellets in 10" circle at 40 yards

I forgot to mention thats 3.5" longbeards but its a wicked combo out of my gun. But its shooting a golf ball at 20 yards but thats my feild gun. I got another gun set up for the woods that isnt as tight

I am resurrecting this thread because I am patterning my gun in the next few days. I think I have combo that is going to be a winner but I am concerned about it being too tight for closer shots. What kind of pattern should I be looking for closer shots? Advice is welcome. I'll be shooting a jellyhead .655 with 3.5 longbeards #5 and 3" LB #5.

I have a solid 10-12" circle at 20 yards...I'm happy with that...most of the 20 yard LB patterns I've seen are more like a softball

The piece of tape was 2.5-3" long
