I have already been to Western KY and Southern IL. I have plans to return to Western KY on Oct. 28th to hunt since one buck did not fare so well during my Southern IL hunt. I will return to Southern IL for the first gun season unless I decide to purchase an additional bow tag so I can hunt the rut. I am unsure on the purchase of additional tag due to expense. This is a very good excuse to spend some serious tree time on my KY farm with bow in hand. I have never given that farm any serious bow time during the rut when IL was an option.

and the crazy thing is that people that live in other states are coming here to hunt. If I was going to travel to hunt Saskatchewan Canada would be my choice.
