Anyone have any opinions on this gun? I need a new all-purpose shotgun for turkeys and waterfowl. Would love a Benelli SBE II or Beretta, but the affordability of the Stoeger has my attention.

Is this a reliable shotgun?

For those that own one, what is the skinny? Any regrets?

Thanks.

I have the M3500. Hunted ducks and turkey with it for 3 seasons now. Never had a jam or any issues. Great gun for the money!

Thanks for your input. I've always wanted a Benelli but for as little as I use a shotgun its hard to justify the cost. This Stoeger looked like a good option. I've read some mixed reviews, but the majority were positive.

It is built by Benelli and contains te Benelli action. My sons buddy has one and he's had no issues with it.

Not exactly. The recoil spring is on the mag tube not in the stock like a Benelli. The Stoeger has a 3 dram minimum if you are shooting light loads. The Benelli handles 2 3/4 dram with no problem.

I am speaking on the Stoeger M3000 and Benelli M2
