I have a creek area that I deer hunt that is literally covered in bone artifacts. Trouble is they are broken and I think were thrown in the creek wash as garbage. I have picked up no telling how many bone tools over the years there and they are all broken. Fish hooks are hard to come up with and I haven't found one that is intact yet. I have found two that were broken and then discarded in the creek wash garbage dump.
I can't stand a thief.

All of them have been found on the major waterways of Alabama. Unfortunately I can no longer walk the Tenn. Rv. banks. The State of Alabama(TVA) would rather have them appear and then disappear back into the water than have people enjoy and preserve their beauty and history with others.

The State of Alabama(TVA) would rather have them appear and then disappear back into the water than have people enjoy and preserve their beauty and history with others. Put the blame where it belongs. TVA shut down surface collecting on the advice of archeologists. I wish someone with influence on the TVA board could reverse this decision.
