I've heard the bill has a decent chance of passing with an addendum, anyone not living in the south zone will be required to purchase a non resident license to hunt in the south zone. All joking aside...I think it has a good chance to pass. Who is joking? Have you not heard about the state's revenue shortfall? You can bet the farm, it will generate revenue, or it won't pass.
