Smashed by an auger in a split second in 1997. Dr. Pinned it but the bone got infected. Had to have it cut off a few weeks later. Sometimes feels like I have dirt under the fingernail that aint been there in 17 years.

Worst I ever did was shoot a framing nail through my thumb with a nail gun. Buried it up to the head. It didn't hurt as bad going in as it did when my dad pulled it out with a pair of linemans pliers. I wrapped it in a paper towel and electrical tape and went back to work.

I was prying with a flathead trying to get a shock off of a Ford ranger, it slipped and I took my thumbnail off with it, that's about the worst I've done

Holy crap, that stuff looks bad. I have an uncle who was trying to clear a clogged corn combine several years back and list 3 fingers in the process. A friend of mine is an ER nurse in East Alabama and he sees it all. He said two drunks came into the ER one evening carrying a cooler and one of them had a towel wrapped around one foot. The towel was saturated in blood. The security guard asked to see the cooler and saw half a foot in it and started screaming. They rushed the guy back with his friend. The hurt guy was laughing and joking. The friend said, "I hope y'all can reattach his toes cause we dumped all the beer out the cooler just to use the ice to try and save his foot"! The two guys were building a covered porch and was cutting the 2x4's with a chainsaw. The hurt guy was holding the 2x4 down on the porch with his foot and cutting of the excess with his chainsaw. Well, evidently he had one too many beers and miss calculated his cut.

Remind me to never do anything with any of you.

I once had my ring finger slammed in a refrigerator door. I mean it was a full size fridge too, not one of them puny sawed off dorm fridges.
