Is the appointment of the school board just to get the system started and then elections will eventually decide who is on the school board? No it will always be an appointed board, controlled by the city council. Wow. I'd be interested in seeing how that is working 10 years from now.
Without your 2nd amendment rights you have no 1st amendment rights.
