A buddy of mine got a ticket " hunting in a baited area" and his fine was only $25. He was hunting on or close to property line and corn was on the adjacent property and put out by the other property owner. That's the biggest bunch of BS I've ever heard.
There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world:
