Just curious. How many people wear them or have to for work?
Also does your company or you personally buy them? Just doing a little homework.

We have to wear FR clothing at the refinery. Steel toed boots are not required, though.

I wear Ariat steel toed ramblers to work in. I want a new pair just to wear by far most comfortable boot I've ever worn. Even with my bone spur my feet never hurt in them
We will burn that bridge when we get there

Our refinery buys us four shirts, four pants (FRC jeans or Nomex cargo pants), and a voucher worth $125 for boots. You can get coveralls instead of shirts and pants, or a combination. Every four years we can get a jacket and liner. Sulfur and coker units have a laundry service due to the nature of chemicals in those areas, other production units have a washer and dryer with detergent provided in their control rooms.

We get ours from Cintas, with laundry service. Indura UltraSoft FR treated cotton shirts, Indura jeans, and jackets. All paid by the company. $150 boot voucher every year, too.
